I just wanted to see what some of you guys throught were the best leg exercises. This summer I’m really going to try to get my legs stronger. Body weight or with weight are both good.
Also, what are some opinions on swimming exercises. Such as tredding water, kicking, and runing back and forth in the pool?
squat and deadlift heavy!!! you’ll be good doing those.

You know anyone that is good at olympic lifts? Power cleans, when done right are outstanding. If you youtube them, you can easily see how they translate into a baseball game.
Squats are the king of leg exercises.
Also try running hills… good for endurance and leg strength plus they are easier on the knees.
