Leg angle

when i raise my leg now, to keep my body sideways and not twisting i have my front leg tilted so my knee in behind my foot… like this: /
but not quite as extreme

are there any downsides to this or is this normal just you dont see it from the angle on tv?

its like what guys do when they tilt

if it helps and doesn’t effect your mechanics go for it

As long as it doesn’t lead to you “reaching” with the front foot, I guess it would be ok.

i know a few people who do the same thing… no problems with any of them.
