So i've been pitching just at home here for around 3 years now
Just wondering if you guys could give me some advice on arm angle.
For the past 2 years iv been called a "slinger" and ive always had elbow pain. I've been pitching from a 3/4 arm slot and after around 50-60 pitches there is a constant pain deep in my elbow. This year ive been trying some new stuff, learnt lots from here. Ive changed my arm slot higher and try to really get ontop of the ball. Its helped with the pain, havnt expierenced any since. But it doesnt feel natural and ever pitch i have to remind myself to keep it up there which i thinks takes a lot of focus off of location. So i was just wondering if i should keep tryin this and let it come to me or maybe if you guys had any other tips for me.
