Welcome to LTP. I hope you were not put off by the comment above…plaz has a point but maybe could’ve expressed it in a more helpful way.

I would suggest two improvements to future video of your pitching mechanics… first, more of a close-up view, where your entire height fills about 1/2 to 2/3 of the field. Second, cstrongly consider uysing a tripod–it is really hard to see subtle movements against a moving field because of hand-held video camera.
