So I just started going to this baseball camp and it starts with about 1.5 hrs of conditioning, an extra session of workouts, the the rest of the time is for skill. Anyway, during that I felt a small pain near my left shoulder blade. I didnt do much besides rest it when I got home, and it got worse. So I iced it and put some icy hot on it. I went to bed and I just woke up and I can’t even move it without pain. So what can I do? It feels like I tore something, any ideas what? Can I pitch with this(I’m a righty, and I’m scheduled to pitch today)?
