I’m 14, incoming freshman. My 4 seam can reach low 80’s. Some days when i pitch, i feel like my arm is really heavy and my velocity drops. Any help on keeping my arm light? Stretching routines?
How often do you pitch? I’m asking you this because if you’re pitching more frequently than every four days or so you may be experiencing fatigue due to overuse. Let me know what’s going on. 8)
It could be overuse, but it also could be your too fast with your mechanics and your arm is lagging behind.
I pitch and play right field. I probably pitch 7 innings a week.
