I just started going back to the gym yesterday after about a week’s absence. Shortly into my workout, I started feeling a little bit of pain in my right knee. Is it just stiff or do I need to rest or do I need to lower the weight?
what exercises were you doing, how heavy was the weight, what percentage of your 1rm were you lifting?

it was on the seated leg curl, when ever i went did the motion, it would hurt my knee. and also, whenever i would go down when doing lunges, it would hurt my knees.
