Kettlebell training!

Well, I would like to hear everyone’s thoughts on what they think of kettlebells, and the benefits one may gain with their use?

I’m thinking of incorporating them into my training beginning sometime during 2007-once I move down to omaha and get my home gym set up.

I think they have potential, and according to what I’ve read so far, they may prove to be a worth while experience after all! :wink:

I have not used them personally and I dont plan on incorporating them anytime soon (unless I win the lotto). For the same price you could get tons of conventional type weights.

A kettlebell is just one of many tools. The thing that really matters is how you put the tools to use.
