Keeping your upper body closed

Is there anything you can do to help keep your shoulders closed while opening you hips

Relax your midsection muscles, inhale. Those muscles will stretch then reflex will cause them to contract. Exhale on release.

Make sure your glove is up in front at foot plant. Letting it drop or swing to the side before foot plant steals timing from the backside to stay closed.

both solid points, exactly what I did to fix it, and i had a HUGE problem
