Im here from southern Oregon… First year playing ball in a couple years… but ya right now i have a fastball up near 80…(got it clocked today) 16 6ft1 250lb… Kinda slow but make it up in the power game and pitching game… Im gonna start learning to throw a curve, knuckler and maybe a change…
We got a group 20-25 competeing for a place on Varsity, mostly under-classmen and 6 upper-classmen… so ya… any advice for getting faster like cardio exercises or anything like that would help me out
