Ok most of you(most likely all of you) don’t know this about me, but I’m 5’3" and i was just curious today in Team Training about how high i could jump. Well I jumped 3 times and got halfway up on the net on the basketball hoop. I made a bet with my soccer coach that I’ll be able to get rim by the end of the year. My friend told me today about Jumpsoles. I was just curious if anyone every used them and whether or not they worked. Or if anyone else has a workout or anything to help me jump higher, it would be greatly appreciated!
