Jobes

we usually do our jobe excercises (rotator cuff, etc) before doing any other lifts. is this the right time to do these or should they be done following other lifts?

I agree that you should do them before lifting. I like to do them before throwing also to make sure you get those muscles warmed up.

we do our tubing excercises before throwing and can ( tennis ball can filled with sand after throwing - basically same excercises as jobes in weightroom) after we throw. thanks for answering.
