My shoulder is sore from pitching a full game yesterday. The muscles that are sore are the ones that would be worked out during jobes. I have a tournament this weekend so i dont want to mess up my arm or make it even more sore. But do you think it would be okay to do some jobes today?
Some light jobes would probably be ok - possibly even good to get some blood flow to the muscles. Just don’t overdo it.
But this assumes you weren’t overused and you aren’t in a longer-term deficit like dead arm.
