Is 'Burpee' good for pitching?

‘Burpee’ is push-up once -> Jump -> push-up -> Jump -(repeat)

I`m going to add the exercise on my schedule.
I think it will make my arms and legs more stronger and improve my stamina.What do you think about it?

If I can do it 150 times in 3 set, I might get a good pitching condition.

In my eyes thats more of a football excercise. I would do cardio for baseball. That’s what I do and it helps me seem to grind it out in the late innings. Work on your legs more thatn your upper body that’s where the majority of your power will come from anyways.
