I’m curious to think what you all think of the adjustments that seemingly ‘magically’ to happen when I used the following ques:
-quick hips
-loose arm
Frankly, I don’t know why my mechanics changed like they did, but I think it is pretty apparent that my mechanics changed to release the ball later. It seems like my release point is in front of my foot.
I was able to keep the ball lower easier and my overall mechanics felt more relaxed.
