Increasing Flexibility

What can I do to increase my overall flexibility and the flexibility in my hamstrings and core? I do some streches right now but I wanted to know what streches would be recomended for flexibility. How long should I hold them? to what tolerence? how often? and should I run before I strech, or after?

yoga i just got this video and it has helped me alot it has stretches and stregthen for the whole body and focuses on baseball movements.

What kind of streches are on there? I dont have a credit card so I cant buy stuff on the internet

the stretches have to do with the full body and they tagret the hips alot. They try to do stretches baseball movement related and they will help increase shoulder/hip seperation and get you more open hips.

Yoga is yoga. You can do some stuff on your own and it will probably help out your flexibility a bit. Just google yoga postures and you should find lots of info. Here is one: http://www.bikramyogafortcollins.com/postures.php
