I am looking for a good in season/out of season work out program for the 9-12 year range…(prepubescent)… The ones I have looked at or heard about are:
Tuff cuff jr.
Worlforth combat pitching
Jaeger long toss
Are there any others?
I was hoping people on this board can answer some specific questions about each of these programs:
Do they include a long toss program?
Do they incorporate weighted balls?
Are they mostly exercises or weight programs?
Are they mostly throwing regimens?
Do they incorporate pitching mechanics drills?
I am not commenting on whether I think these are pluses or minus but I have looked at all of them and am not sure I can tell from the free info and description… I obviously want something simple and fun for the kids.
