In-Season Workouts vs. Offseason workouts

What are the diffrences?
Should your workouts be as hardcore in the in-season as the offseason?

The differences is that you are maintain what you did in the offseason during the preseason. In the offseason you are suppose to go over your plateau, and to reach your goal. Like squat 255, and you are at 200, you plateau is at 200, and you want to reach 255, so like every other week during the offseason you add 5 or 10 lbs. when you reach or go over your goal, and it is the preseason, you maintain your goal, so you don’t lose your strength. Then the 255 lbs would be your plateau until the offseason.

when is it considered the offseason though?

technically, offseason is when baseball is over. My season in Canada, recreational ball ends soon, but all-star teams are after that. So in august baseball is be over. So Offseason is from september through February.
