In-season Strength Maintenence

What types of things should one do to maintain their strength and arm?

Besides doing rotator cuff workouts with stretching bands to keep the arm healthy and running, what else is recommended.

I want to keep my strength throughout the season, and don’t know the maintenance process.

i would suggest still weightlifting…with ur 2 heaviest/toughest days coming the days directly after u pitch…this way u get the blood flowing back into your arm, plus u dont want to lift to close to ur n ext start. also be sure to throw after starts, everyone is different but just like the atlanta braves bobby cox leo mazzone preach u should always be throwing, even if its just a little toss
