In season long-toss program

Can you guys help me with an in-season long-toss program? Specifically, if a pitcher is throwing 75-90 pitches (or so) per week in a game setting or in a bullpen setting, when (and how) should a long-toss program be set up so that it doesn’t interfere with the season?


I’ll usually long toss a couple times per week during season.

I’ll pitch either Saturday or Sunday and long toss two times during the week (to max distance) and then a shortened long toss as part of my pre-game routine (just shy of airing it out, and focusing on keeping mechanics in check).
