In-Season Conditioning (Steven Ellis please respond)

I have a copy of the Tuff-Cuff manual. I was looking over the In-Season Conditioning. For weight training exercsises such as Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, and Calf Raise should I be doing a 103 tempo for the In-Season? Also, it says the weight should be light. Does that mean that I can still easily do the last rep of each set?

many major league players are doing full style workouts after they play. they will leave the park between 12 and 1 in the morning. it makes a difference the last 1/2 of the season. luke scott and 3 or 4 of the orioles do this. it pays off in the long haul. my son does that after high school games 7:00 game, 9:30 eat, 10-11 lift, home for a protein shake, bed by 11:30, up @ 7:15, rest up the next day there is no late game.
