I play high school ball. I have weight lifting for my third period and i have baseball for sixth period. We’re conditioning in baseball now such as sprints, lunges,etc. Now i know i need to focus on my legs to generate more power, but i’m kinda confused on what else to do in the wight room. please feel free to suggest a solid plan so i can stick to it.
