My son has not thrown a baseball for 6 weeks with another 6 to go (mild injury in his back). The good news is that he shut down for 12 weeks and gave his arm and body some much needed rest. The bad news is that he will need to get in shape in pretty quick order to join a team this summer. We need a program to get ready to pitch again after 12 weeks off. Any suggestions? Oh, he’s 17 years old.
