Steven’s Tuff Cuff program is great! I personally have it, and it is the best workout program I have seen. It is so detailed and tells you exactly what to do. I HIGHLY recommend it.

I highly recommend that too, it is probably the overall best that I have seen. It is well worth the money.

If you really want a good workout here is a great start for a plan.

This will help you out a ton. I would take this and then supplement other workouts from the megathread into it. Or just use the megathread one.

How easy are the workouts in that book to adhere to? What I mean is does it require a lot of free time and going out to buy a lot of other things needed for the workouts or can one improvise?
