I’m seventeen years old and going to be a junior. I throw fastball changeup curve and slider. My fastball is around 72 mph. I really would like to get it higher. My movement is very good and that’s what I focused on first, but now I need the speed to back up my movement. I want to do a workout that will increase my speed and strength, but I’m not sure whats the best thing to do. I checked out the workouts here, but I’m still not sure which one would be most beneficial to what I want for my game.
Throwing-wise, I throw every other day. Is that too much? Are weighted balls that helpful to get either?
