I’m a freshman RHP and I top out at 82. I haven’t had any experience with baseball correlated workouts. I need as many, and the best baseball workouts that will improve velocity. any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks! ️
Personally I don’t know much about them either. There are so many with armbands weighted ball dada. You can’t go wrong with long toss drills. I also think medicine ball drills are great for core strength. You can google both. Adding great mechanics never hurts. You can post videos on here for advice. Or get with a good instructor or both. Just my encouraging opinion. Throw with intent and purpose and go get em. Good luck!!!
