I have a question

Is it god for a 12 year old to do planks and side planks or is it harmful or won’t help me at all? :mrgreen:

I don’t see a problem just make sure that whn you do them suck in your stomach to strengthen your transverse abs (the abs under your “six pack”) which are what are greatly used during pitching.

You can definitely do planks. You can also start some strength training if you have some professional supervision. There are a lot of things that can help younger kids gain strength and coordination.
