Looks like you’ve attempted to lengthen your stride but you appear to be doing it be reaching further with your front foot. You need to do it by increasing your momentum. Get your hips started forward sooner and faster. Lead with your front hip further into your stride before swinging your stride leg out front.
o ok so that way i will gain more momentum with my body right??
and what do you say about my arm path and follow through and overall mechanics compared to before are the changes good or bad??
