I am a quarterback for my football team so I throw at practice in the morning, then when I come home I throw a baseball on and off during the afternoon EVERY day. I dont know why, its starting to become a routine though. I dont want my arm to become sore cause football just started. Anyone have a solution to this?

Really though, you have to stop. Stop doing things that make you wanna throw (ie watching baseball games, playing baseball video games, etc.), or get a new hobby, something.
You don’t want to wait till you’re really hurt to stop. That thought’s enough to make me stop throwing.
