How's my workout?

Here is my workout:

Monday:

Chest:
DB Bench Press
Chest Flys

Shoulders:
Military Press
Side Laterals
Reverse Flys
Note: 4 sets, 7 reps each.

Tuesday:

Back:
DB Deadlift
DB Row

Legs:
DB Squats
DB Calf Raises
Jumping Squats
Note: This day, I will be doing also the Throwers Ten Exercise Program and Long Toss.

Wednesday: No Lifting.
Note: Throwers Ten Exercise Program. Long Toss. Plyometric Exercises. Sprinting. Also doing Jump Ropes (Is that good?) for Endurance?

Thursday:

Arms:
Bicep Curls
Hammer Curls
DB Skull Crusher
Note: Sprinting, Plyometric Exercises, Jumping Ropes.

Friday: No Lifting.
Note: Throwers Ten Exercise Program. Long Toss. Plyometric Exercises. Sprinting. Jumping Ropes

Saturday/Sunday: Off. Maybe throw a bullpen.

Where’s the core work??

I know something was missing! Do you know some core exercises that I can do with dumbbells or bodyweight?
