Here is my workout:
DB Bench Press
Note: 4 sets, 7 reps each.
DB Calf Raises
Note: This day, I will be doing also the Throwers Ten Exercise Program and Long Toss.
Wednesday: No Lifting.
Note: Throwers Ten Exercise Program. Long Toss. Plyometric Exercises. Sprinting. Also doing Jump Ropes (Is that good?) for Endurance?
DB Skull Crusher
Note: Sprinting, Plyometric Exercises, Jumping Ropes.
Friday: No Lifting.
Note: Throwers Ten Exercise Program. Long Toss. Plyometric Exercises. Sprinting. Jumping Ropes
Saturday/Sunday: Off. Maybe throw a bullpen.
