How's my nutrition?

Breakfast (6:20)
3 eggs w/ toast + 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
Glass of milk

Snack 1 (9:15)
I have to wait this long because this is a class i feel like I can eat in w/o trouble w/ the teacher…
2 servings pb

Lunch (11:14)
Pbj sandwich
Turkey sandwich
Carrots or Broccoli

Snack 2 (1:30)
Small shake that I can drink In a couple minutes…

Post workout recovery shake 3:30-5:30 (depends)

Dinner (whatever is cooked, usually pretty healthy…)

Maybe left over snack depending on or half a shake for recovery purpose again

Shakes can vary from Protein shakes to just milk, banana, peanut butter, flax, etc…

If you guys could give me tips/other foods i could eat too…

this is just a regular day


Very solid diet. Should be a perfect maintenance diet. If that’s what your striving for. Props to you

if you’re tryin to gain muscle this may not be enough. Good choices though in terms of quality.
