I’m 13 and I’ve tried to get a lot of break on my curveball. By the way, I use the beginner’s curveball, shown at Http:// Is there a way to help it break more?

When releasing the ball try to snap your fingers like you would snap them regularly. Then shorten your follow through to your oopposite hip.

I started throwing a curve at 12-13ish, and it is what landed me in Physical Therapy twice and caused me to miss a ton of baseball. I realized i was good at throwing it and threw it like 75% of the time. So be careful how much you use it at your age.

But anyways, for me, I found that this Grip works the best:
