Hi, I’m Owen. I’m 13 years old, a lefty and I throw around 78-80 and top at around 82. I would like to know where this is apparent to other pitchers my age. Also, what workouts are good for increasing velocity (weights or non-weights).
That’s good for your age. Weights are generally better, but it doesn’t hurt to throw in sets of dips, pullups, or box jumps.
