How to come back from Tendinitis

I got Tendinitis when I was about 12 years old, I am now 15 years old and I throw harder then ever. every now and then I still get the pain in my elbow that causes me to take 4 days-2 weeks off throwing in all, our HS season is starting soon and I am our starting pitcher and I don’t want to run into this problem mid season. Any advice?

Sorry to hear about your previous arm problems. Prehab exercises such as Throwers 10, Jobes, tubing and scap stabilization will all help to build strength and add muscle balance.
