I’m 5’ 10", and weigh around 150. I have a body fat percentage around 10. What does this say? People look at me, and think I weigh around 90-100.
You’re small and probably weak.
Whats the point of the question?
Woof. The discussions have really taken a dive lately…
If you’re looking to add mass, you need to consume an extra 500-700 calories per day. This will help you gain 1-1.5 pounds per week – this is generally viewed as a healthy margin of weight gain. If you look at most MLB draft picks who are pitchers, they are over 6 feet tall and weigh 205-210+.

I didn’t mean to sound like a jerk.
I understand kids ask general questions but some are so general as to get frustrating.
For that height, 170 would be average build for an athlete of HS age. If you are that height and young like middle school age, then 150 may be OK. It just seems on the light side.
