How often should i work my rotator cuff?

How often should i work my rc? Everyday, or like three times a week, or the day after i pitch?

It’s like any other muscle group – about 3-4 times per week off season and 2-3 times per week in-season. Just like you wouldn’t squat every day, the rotator cuff needs a few days off per week, too. Good luck!
