Just wanna get an estimate on what my results would be by doing this program.
It’s going to come down to your work ethic. How hard are you willing to work/dedicated to improving?
I’m in my 30s, just started playing again in 2015 after not playing since HS. I bought TuffCuff for the 2016 season, hoping it would at least get me back into more fighting shape. I loved it. It gave me focused workouts, a plan to follow, and a detailed progress report. I wasn’t 100% faithful to the regimen, and as such I probably could have improved more, but I ended up tacking on at least 5-7mph in just one season’s worth of use, and that’s after being out of the game for 15 years. I’m still using it for the upcoming season. Highly recommended.
