How many days should you be in the weight room, plus a split

I’ve heard that you should avoid being in the weight room back to back days because it hurts your testosterone levels. Is this true?

Also, what should my split be.

M,W,F and if that is correct what should i be working out each day?

My opinion is that I could write 150+ pages on the subject. Which I plan on doing very soon.

ive been doing mon, wed, and fri right now. depending on how old you are, work on a lot of explosive lifts like hang cleans, front squat, box jumps, etc
