How do I get faster?

Can you please share a routine that you know will help me improve my speed or one that you have used your self and have seen great results with?

I personally like to do Medicine Ball Sprints which involves throwing a medicine ball and running after it. I like this because a medicine ball can be found in most gyms. Other than that, I would say just practice jogging and running everyday and it will make you faster. Remember, consistency is key.:grinning:
