Hip/shoulder seperation

i know what it is

is it comething that u focus on during ur motion or does it just come natural?

My opinion is that hip and shoulder separation happens naturally when everything else happens properly. Having good timing is necessary. But it’s the other things that can destroy your timing and prevent you front delaying shoulder rotation long enough to get good separation.

Can you get more hip/shoulder seperation from thrusting chest out and bending back a little? I think you might be able to what you think??

I fail to see a connection between hip/shoulder separation and thrusting out one’s chest and bending back (what ever that means).

I think it’s best achieved by being quick and explosive with the lower body while trying to keep the upper body back over the rubber a bit. Upper body needs to be slightly behing the lower body.
