I was just doing this stretch.
And I added a component to it. Instead of just facing forward, I crossed my hands on my chest. I then twisted sideways, while keeping my head facing forward.
I focused on two things when doing this stretch.
Twisting further sideways, while maintaining my head facing forward.
furthering the stretch of the hip flexor.
I believe this adds to an already good stretch and makes it more baseball related.
