you are a linear thrower with very little external rotation as a result. You’ve probably been taught to follow through to home plate during your follow through, compromising your ability to create rotation.

Obviously another piece of advice is intent. I’ve posted about it on here before, but know that by TRYING to throw the ball hard, you’re teaching your body to apply more force to your throws.

At 6’7" 241lbs, 80-83 mph is well below where you should be. This is good news though, you have an incredible amount of room for improvement.
