Hey Steve with the TUFFCUFF program

Is it required that you throw every workout or even is it required to throw to get maximum benefit from the program which by the way is going well but first time i try it hopefully results will show in the spring. On phase three which is pretty intense. Also is there a substitute to throwing because i dont have a throwing partner.

No … in fact, unless you’re 60 or 90 days out from your first practice/tryout, you just focus on weight lifting, conditioning, flexibility and meal planning. Of course, in season you’re doing both, too.
