Help with low elbow?

Hey guys what are some drills to help alleviate a low elbow and help you to get on top of the ball to throw on a downward plane? Any help is appreciated- Thanks

Tilt your shoulders through the release point like this…

Also, there’s nothing necessarily wrong with a low elbow.
