Help with Loading Hips

Hey all,

Its been a while since I posted! I took a few years away from baseball after trying out for my college’s team and not making the cut, but I am going to play in a rec league now. I was looking for some critique on my mechanics, specifically my hip loading phase.

Below is a video of me trying to load my hips without throwing a ball. How does my loading phase look, and what should I fix about it? Thank you in advance!
