Help with a pitching workout routine

My season just ended and I need help making a weekly workout to do to gain velocity and get in better shape for showcase baseball. Please give suggestions…
I am already doing…
1.Lunges with dumbells
2.Resistance Band Exercises
3. Planks
4.French Curl
5.Long Toss
6.Abs with medicine ball
7.Mechanics Exercises
I have also been running at least 3 miles every other day to help get my legs stronger and lose some weight.

Do you have access to a gym?

If not what type of equipment do you have available to use?

Yes. And at my house I have a bench, bands, and dumbells.
