when i pitched in school, i would keep my arm loose and use my body to pull my arm through which created a sensation of the the ball being heavy. is this a good explanation of the sensation to relay to my son? he seems to be stiff and tries to use his arm more than he should and not enough of his body. he is 14.
I agree with your idea about loose arm and having the body pull it through … it’s important not to pitch with your arm… yes.
