Healthy Pancake Recipe

I’ve been eating these lately and well, they’re pretty awesome…
1/4-1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Quaker Oats (oat flour; use a coffee grinder or blender to crush oats)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Whole Egg
1 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil
Almond Milk
Saigon Cinnamon
I’m too lazy to break down the macros for you all, but considering we are baseball players! You shouldn’t necessarily stress out about having to eat exactly 555.75 or 650.099919191 calories…

I would imagine the pancakes would taste even better using cow milk. If you want more protein, add in a scoop of whey protein or use egg whites.

I simply put 1 tbsp into a pot and heat it up on the stove to form into a liquid. Coconut Oil has a smoking point and is a great oil to use in cooking… It is also easy on the stomach and can even increase your testosterone levels, while improving the look of your skin! :slight_smile:
