Why don’t you have a leg lift? You are absolutely robbing yourself of power when you do that. This takes away potential energy that you can use to power your velocity.

Also, you are coming off towards the third base side. Focus on getting all of your momentum going towards the plate.

Yes I agree with the leg lift, you have good balance at the post and a nice stride forward, but pulling the leg off the rubber and lifting it helps in slowing the arm down, keeping the power up and developing a good flat back, which you don’t have a flat back at all, you need to reach that left hand down and across the right knee, pulling the left foot off the rubber and getting your back flat to the ground as much as possible.
