I think I’m having a little trouble keeping my front shoulder closes while gaining momentum and extending my stride. I know it’s going to take practice to be able to get the hip and shoulder seperation I’m looking for. I understand that a later hand seperation may help with the timing of my upper body. Right now I feel like my upper body is a little too quick right now. Will a later hand seperation be a quick fix with practice? What do you guys think?
